First Leg of the EPRU 7's
This weekend, April 2nd, we are traveling out to Harrisburg to compete in the first of the EPRU 7's Series. This is the EPRU's first time running a 7's league, and is also the first time Moravian College RFC will be competing in 7's. With a total of 12 teams competing there will be 4 pools of 3 teams. The pools are as follows:
Pool A - Moravian College, Philadelphia, and Susquehanna.
Pool B - Penn State Berks, Franklin & Marshall, and Holy Family
Pool C - LaSalle, Albright, and Harrisburg U-23
Pool D - Neumann, Kings, and Juniata
From the pool stages the top two teams will advance to the championship where Pool A #1 will play Pool B #2, vise versa and the same for Pool's C&D. It is elimination from this point out, with there still being a plate and bowl final for teams being knocked out.
The first match will kick of promptly at 10am, with Moravian's first match starting at approx. 11:20am
